Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new customers and develop relationships that will lead to sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage and track business opportunity pipeline.
- Prepare and present bids/estimates to customers based on bid documents, blueprints, and project specification information.
- Provide takeoffs and accurate bill of materials for project specific solutions.
- Set goals and manage sales & project expectations with management and team members.
- Identify new products and product improvements based on current industry trends and code requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have sales experience (fire alarm/life safety field preferred).
- Knowledge of the company’s products and services; Edwards (EST) preferred
- Experienced in best sales practices and methods.
- Knowledgeable about competitive products and markets.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and desire for achieving goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers as well as internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean record.
Preferred:
- Previous work experience in a commercial environment.
- Experience working with Electrical and General Contractors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Installing, testing, turn-up, service, commissioning, and programming of existing and newly installed fire alarm systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, to interface well with clients and customers on serviced buildings.
- Troubleshooting and programming multi-branded fire alarm systems and manufacturers.
- Locate and diagnose failures, replace defective components, and perform troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment.
- Read and understand detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
- Must have excellent work habits, be punctual and presentable at all times.
Basic Qualifications:
- Technical experience with Fire Alarm Repair and Maintenance
- Experience and knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems.
- Ability to work Full Time and on-call hours
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Preferred:
- Current S98 Certificate or NICET Level II (preferred) are a plus.
- Experience with Edwards EST3/EST4 and Gamewell-FCI is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Job Responsibilities:
- Installing/bending conduit, running wires and installing fire alarm equipment.
- Performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools of 50-70 lbs.
- Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as crawl spaces, above ceilings, climbing a ladder, scaffolding, working aboveducts and high ceilings of 30-40 feet.
- Operate hand and power tools
- Read and understand detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
- Must have excellent work habits, be punctual and presentable at all times.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with installing EMT conduit, running fire alarm cables, terminating fire alarm devices and reading and understanding fire alarm blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electronic theory.
- Ability to perform physical labor and carry heavy equipment.
- Ability to work Full Time and Overtime.
- Be organized and able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with co-workers, management and customers.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and able to multitask effectively.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Preferred:
- Experience with Electrical or Mechanical installations. Experience with Fire Alarm Equipment Installation is a plus.
- S98 Certificate or NICET Level II is a plus.
- Knowledge of fire alarm products is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot wiring and devices is a plus.

- Assist higher level installers in the installation and inspection of commercial fire alarm systems.
- Help to execute projects on time and within allocated installation hours.
Basic Qualifications:
- Have the ability to work with their hands and possess technical and/or mechanical skills.
- Complete and process all necessary paperwork in a timely fashion.
- Ability to perform physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
